Become A Vendor

Vendor set up is from 7:30- 8:45am. We will have someone available to help direct you to your vendor spot. Market hours are from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
 

Our Market is a rain or shine market. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions we will close the market and reach out to you as soon as the decision is made. If you are not available to come due to weather, we kindly ask that you call or text as soon as possible. We do understand that unexpected things happen. 

All vendors are not expected to remain at the market all day, but it is highly recommended that you do.

 

Vendors are currently allowed to park directly behind their booths. At any time, we have a special event we will notify you of where parking will take place. 

Each space is 10 ft. X 10 ft. You are allowed to have more than one space; we just ask that there is a written request for a larger space such as a 20 ft x 10 ft.

Vendors must provide their own tents/tables/chairs. All vendors are responsible for the security of their own property. We will all do our very best to help watch booths when asked but it is not always possible. 

Any tents, banners, or advertisements containing profanity, nudity or anything that is in direct violation of the Chesterfield County code are strictly prohibited.

 

Alcoholic beverages of any kind are strictly prohibited.  If you are found with any type os Alcohol you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. 

Use of a generator must have prior approval by the Market Manager. Electricity is not available on site, and we ask that generators are the quiet type.

 

Restrooms are located right across the street in the library. 

If you have any special requests they must be made in writing and/or on the vendor application. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request.
